Then bring string cheese and an apple with you to work so that at 10:00 a.m. when you get hungry, you'll have prevented the pitfall of eating a sugary doughnut - only to regret it later. A protein and fiber combination makes for an incredibly filling snack or meal. Try peanut butter and an apple. It's not only a great combo, but it's a stick-to-your-ribs meal, which means you won't overeat at your next meal! Here's another great tip for fast and easy ways to lose weight.
Eat 5-6 Mini Meals a Day
Sounds crazy right? Actually, it makes a lot of sense. By breaking up your meals throughout the day, your metabolism is fed the fuel it needs to stay "fired up." For instance, at breakfast if you would normally have eggs, toast, bacon, sausage and a fruit, then instead of eating all of that at one sitting, break it up into mini meals. Only eat the toast and eggs before you leave the house and then at 10:30 a.m., eat the bacon and sausage with your fruit as a mid morning snack. Do the same with lunch.
