Now a good way round this is to split you meals up into 5 smaller meals a day. Now you are still eating the same amount of food but you are eating eat spread out throughout the day so that your body doesn't need to store as much fat.
The second step is to be well rested. Now that is a problem if your baby has an irregular sleeping pattern and your baby is up at all times throughout the night. So my tip for this is so go sleep when your baby is. Even if it is only for an hour or two at least you will get the rest you need.
Now my third step in how to lose weight after pregnancy is to exercise. Now the best exercises is cardio. This is because to lose weight you will need to get your heart and lungs racing. So that you can burn fat effectively. Now exercising is a two fold benefit. Now this means that when you exercise you will burn calories. You will also raise your metabolic rate, this is the reason you burn more calories when you exercise. Now your metabolic rate doesn't just drop after you finish exercising. IT slowly decrease while you do your day to day jobs. This means that you will continue to burn more calories throughout the day.
