peeing several times per day, you know you're drinking enough. Doing
this one thing will rid your body of that excess water weight, making
you feel less bloated, it will improve your skin and your mood too!
Rule #2- Keep
a Record of Your Journey- If you want to lose weight fast, you're going
to have to keep a fitness journal. This is a journey you will carry
with you everywhere so that you can log what you've eaten, what workouts
you've done (of haven't done), as well as your current state of mind,
your mood, or anything else you want to include. The reason it's so
important to track what you do is so you can look back if you ever feel
like what you're doing isn't working. Put your measurements in that
journal, too, so you can see how you're progressing, as well.
Rule #3- Remind
Yourself of What You're Doing Every Morning- We can be so gung ho about
losing weight but the moment we wake up in the morning, we crave
waffles with blueberries and whipped cream and...sorry. The point is,
you must remind yourself of what you're doing every morning until you no
longer need to. If you keep a sheet of paper, or even your fitness
journal, next to your bed and it's the first thing you see when you wake
up, it will help you stay on track for the entire day. Try it, it
works.
Rule #4- Get Some Exercise- You can lose weight by
dieting alone, but exercising provides so many benefits. Sure, it's
hard. But once you get going you may start to like it. Your endorphins,
your brain's natural feel good chemicals, are released when you do
exercise, and so working out can give you a kind of high. Also, you will
maximize your weight loss efforts. If you were losing weight by dieting
alone, you could potentially double your results if you combine your
routine with exercise.
These four rules will help you when you

yourself never to give up until you finally reach your weight loss and
fitness goals.
